First Aid and Event Medical Services are one of the most important parts of any organised event. The safety of the general public who attend such events and those taking part is the responsibility of the event or venue manager. Event organisers must ensure a competent organisation is appointed to manage medical services at an event, and that this organisation should be experienced in the medical management of events

There are three main reasons why event organisers request First Aid or Ambulance cover:

1. The event is required to be covered by law;

2. The events' insurance company or governing body (e.g. RAC or Pony Club) request that the event organiser provide medical cover;

3. The organiser is concerned because they do not have any Appointed First Aiders at the event.

· State Registered Paramedics (in association with Immediate Care Paramedics)

· Specialist first aid training for stewards & security staff

Norcam Ltd Event Medical Services Staff have many years of experience in all aspects of first aid and medical service provision to call upon. All paramedics are currently active within NHS Ambulance trusts and all carry state registration. Our Medical Indemnity and Public liability insurance covers all of the services offered by Norcam Ltd and all staff are trained to at least the standards recognised by the Health and Safety Executive.
